Here at OM5/DayStar North Shore, we know that you're needs are not always best served by hiring a permanent employee right off the bat. Our DayStar temporary division allows you to hire permanent, career-minded support staff on a temporary basis.

We draw our workforce from the wide base of available OM5 "permanent" candidates. Our candidates are extensively screened using our "KnowItAll" computerized testing system. And we have the knowledge and resources to conduct a personal search on your behalf to find that special person for you office needs.

Many of our clients require interim staffing for medical leaves, vacations, maternity leaves, and short term projects that must be filled with "just the right person." DayStar has the pool of talent to put this person to work for you!

Flexible Service Options
We offer our clients several options so as to be able to tailor our services to your specific needs. If you need a temporary on an emergency interim basis, give us a call. We've got you covered. But if you want to "Try Before You Buy," we are happy to oblige. We have several Temp-To-Hire options that allow you to interview and select a new employee try them out on the job before you commit to hiring. You will receive one hourly bill rate for the duration of the assignment and have our guarantee that the employee will fit your needs. If not, we will find you a replacement that does.
